We have grown from a small household unit to an enterprise with a statewide presence. And across this journey, we have seen how conventional food processing techniques can give amazing results. So, we use the right conjugation of industrial as well as traditional processes to make spices that carry the essence of rich traditional heritage. Plus, every spice blend we make also has a unique tang of Goan food tradition.

The secret of amazing goodness of spices is the ‘art’ of care and the delicacy which goes into making. We do trust machines, but we also trust the human delicacy, the art, and the years of knowledge that goes into making it. At Khedeker, every batch is handled with finesse of human hands in addition to dedicated modern food processing systems. That is why, we say-

Health and Goodness
We have in house Quality assurance facility as required by
PFA and other food standards to maintain consistency in quality, traditional
taste, aroma and flavour. Spices also impart great medicinal and nutritional
value to food. All ancient texts of traditional medicine as well as modern scientific research agrees to the fact that – nutritional and medicinal goodness is the
real essence behind the use of spices and spice mixes.
We have taken care of all these health aspects not only through important quality control measures, but also by preserving the goodness in every way possible until it reaches the kitchen of every home.
