Coriander is one of the most ancient spices in use and has profound presence in world cuisine as seen by its myriad applications, ranging from pickles, sausages in Germany, to wheat beers in Belgium.
This prime spice has appealing yellowish-brown color and a mild, pleasing citrus flavor. We try to preserve the subtle aroma and natural color, so that it feels as good as freshly ground coriander.
